Rates Derivatives Post Trade team
In its Rates and Credit business Deutsche Bank relies on trading multiple asset classes ranging from simple Bonds all the way to exotic combinations of Credit Default Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps and nonlinear rates derivatives. Our technology team in Berlin is responsible for lifecycle systems for all these asset classes. We play an important role in defining target state of technology for our platforms and we work closely with our colleagues in all parts of the world on bringing that strategy to life.
As a Java Developer (f/m/x) you will be developing Rates & Credit Platform to improve Deutsche Bank’s electronic trading and trade processing capabilities.

Your key responsibilities
Working on business and functional requirements, technical analysis and design. This involves end users, your team and peer teams in your area.
Prototyping new features, meeting business needs and solving challenging technical problems
Reviewing other team member’s code and mentoring junior developers
Working with end users during production rollout and SL3 support
Collaborating with QA team on test automation
Collaborating with Dev Ops on continued SDLC and environment management improvements
Your skills and experiences
Excellent knowledge of core Java (collections, multi-threading, networking) – 3+ years
Experience in design and development of distributed concurrent applications
Knowledge of JMS, Solace, IBM MQ or any other messaging solutions is a plus
Knowledge of SQL relational databases solutions
Basic knowledge of Linux
Good written and spoken English
