Are you ready to make an impact at a global company? We’re looking for a Junior Business Execution and Demand Planner (m/f/d) for DACH (Germany/Austria/Switzerland) cluster as part of our Supply Chain department in Hamburg.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Supports the local demand planning and forecasting process in close collaboration with the Business Team & Distributors. Prepares and generates mid-long term demand planning forecasts, including enriching and finalizing short term horizon forecasts. Conducts regular reviews with stakeholders and updates forecasts as needed
Responsible for supporting the end to end product delivery process with focus to avoid Non Performing Inventory throughout the whole Planning, Manufacturing & Sales Process
Identifies action plans to resolve overages; coordinates with Customer Service and key account managers on appropriate course of action for
Identifies and supports process and KPI improvements
Helps to drive consensus within the cross-functional team (Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and Finance) on monthly S&OP volumes + presents these volumes and their drivers to local management.
Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new SKU execution is performed
Your Recipe for Success
University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
Language Skills: English – advanced (written and spoken). German – at least intermediate level.
Expertise in Demand Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools. FMCG experience – advantage.
Experience working in a shared services, process driven or service center environment. Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office - with an Excel advanced level
