We are currently looking to add a colleague to our REX (Retail Excellence) team managed by Christoph Neumann (Sales Performance Manager) and Sarina Martens (Retail Excellence Associate Director). Goal of the role: to ensure control of the most relevant business and in store KPIs to drive sales and productivity successfully hitting company targets
- Monitor sales trends versus budget and forecasts, keeping the Sales Director and the larger sales team constantly updated and promptly highlighting any untapped opportunities or criticalities.
- Keep track and analyze all main business KPIs, such as conversion rate, ASP, bino-rate, etc., aiming at optimizing both growth and productivity.
- Carry out deep dives focusing on customer types to get a more detailed view of business trends and define targeted actions.
- Develop and share regular portfolio analysis, along with forecasts about targets achievements based on different variables.
- Design and manage Sales Incentive Plans and Commissions Schemes, along with HR and Finance.
- Define and manage promotions and discounts, working hand in hand with local and regional Pricing/Marketing team and in line with company commercial strategies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - University degree in quantitative fields (ideally like Economics, Engineering, or Statistics)
- Expertise in management of complex structures of data and strong inclination to data analysis combined with same attention to business impacts.
- Project management and analysis experience especially in Sales and Marketing Areas in International contexts.
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas).
- Knowledge of Power B.I, in addition SQL knowledge will be considered as a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.

- Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across organization.
