In your new role you will be in charge of:
- Monitoring of delivery commitments of the global production locations (front and backend) for the respectively assigned product range. This is performed independently and autonomously, taking aspects such as available capacities, customer demand and inventory targets into account.
- Fine-tuning the production programs in consultation with the Capacity Alignment Planner This also includes coordinating the possible production routes and implementing allocation decisions & capacity trade within ATV
- Implementation of allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines. This includes coordinating with Customer Logistics (CLM), the Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing
- Planning and maintenance of target stocks on the basis of stock range objectives agreed with the business divisions
- Global and full responsibility for stocks of semi-finished and finished goods for the respectively assigned product range. This also includes initiating rejects/write-downs in coordination with Marketing and Finance or initiating special sales programs to customers.
- Optimizing delivery performance and related customer satisfaction in collaboration with Customer Logistics (CLM). This covers independent verification and improvement of deviations from the requested customer dates and quantities.
- Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans , taking existing orders for the next 6 months in consultation with the Business Demand Planner into account
- Responsibility for implementing the decisions made in the project within his or her own organization. Preparing information for decision-making purposes and escalation if necessary.
- Concepting and creating diverse reports supporting: execution of topical supply chain issues, improvements in supply chain performance and also management decision
You are ready to accept risks and take the necessary measures where required, remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. Furthermore, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole and inspire others and encourage them for the common goal.
You are best equipped for this task if you have/if you are:
- A degree in Engineering or Supply Chain or Business Management or any other related field
- Functional experience of 0 to 1 years in Semiconductor or Manufacturing or Supply Chain or in any other related field
- Analytical skills and
affinity for diverse reporting tasks - Good communication skills
- Fluent English skills ; German is an added advantage
- Able to adopt , agile and used to working in challenging work environment
- Team player and self-driven personality is needed
