Job mission:

Development and implementation of Kia Charge Home Solution for European Markets. Support Kia Charge Public Solution to develop an integrated charging solution (home, public, office).

Definition and implementation of European electrification Strategy and development of pilot projects with external suppliers and markets related to new electrification strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

You responsibilities will be focused in following areas:

Home Charging solutions

• Implement and develop Home charging solution of Kia Europe in all relevant markets
• Manage European rollout plan despite all different local solutions and constraints
• Manage coordination and negotiation of further enhancement plans with Markets and 3rd party charging suppliers

Public Business Charging solutions

• Support rollout and secure performance of the public charging solution in all countries
• Combine home charging and public charging to one Kia Charge solution
• Manage coordination and negotiation of further enhancement plans with Markets and 3rd party charging suppliers

Electrification General

• Implement and develop the electrification strategy of Kia Europe
• Drive and manage Electrification projects within KEU for all cross departmental
• Develop pilot phase on new electrification pillars (sustainable energy, seamless and smart charging…)

Overall

• Bring experience and vision on the next steps of Electrification
• Bring experience on customer journey around Public and Home charging solutions
• Bring knowledge on new technology (Plug Charge, V2G…)
• Sales Fleet experience to be able to design solutions for all type of customers, relevant for all markets
• Experience in implementation of cross-functional projects and process of a NSCs
• Knowledge new trends about infrastructure / charging / Green energy and sustainability

Your talents:

• University degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive or charging business
• Experience with Electric Vehicle business, charging EV-Eco system and with Home charging solution
