To strengthen our international team in Berlin, we are offering a position as
Executive Assistant & Office Management (m/f/d)

We generated over €3 billion in revenue annually for clients such as Foot Locker, Urban Outfitters, and s.Oliver. We support them from our international offices — in Berlin, London, and New York.
- You represent our management internally and externally with a high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude
- You are responsible for the scheduling and coordination of business trips
- You prioritize and coordinate meetings for our CEO
- You take over administrative tasks for our US management team (e.g., travel expense accounting, preparation and follow-up of meetings)
- You support our management with confidential topics
- You independently take initiative regarding your own projects (e.g., company newsletter)
- You take on officemanagement responsibilities for our New York office (e.g., order office supplies, order lunches, deal with deliveries)
- You support our EA in Berlin in the planning and execution of events
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in supporting executives
- You are proficient in common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Outlook calendar management, etc.)
- You have an appreciative communication style in English (knowing German is ideal, but not required)
- You have strong organizational skills and distinguish yourself through your independent and structured way of working
- You can communicate clearly and articulately with employees and business partners and you find it easy to build relationships
- You have a good grasp on numbers and analytical thinking skills
- You consider integrity, trustworthiness, and confidentiality to be some of your core competencies

- (For NY/US only:) The pay range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. We offer an annual bonus plan (15 % average annual payout) on top of the base salary as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered
