As an Account Executive, you will take complete ownership of managing and pushing sales within your top accounts, and work hand-in-hand with the Head of Sales and the team to recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. You will get an unparalleled opportunity to communicate directly with core decision-makers of international corporations, understand their individual needs, and advise on SPREAD solutions that maximize value.

- Your goal will be to use your sales and account management skills to develop existing or new customers;
- With a customer-centric approach, you will qualify their business objectives and determine how SPREAD can help them better achieve their KPIs;
- You further develop and implement account strategies to engage with other departments;
- Your customer relation skills as well as your drivenness by innovative solutions allow you to be in constant exchange with our customers regarding our product. You collect their requirements, validate them, and systematically identify potentials for existing and new customer groups;
- You acquire new business contacts and represent SPREAD, equipped with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and many more;
- You work closely with your technical and business development colleagues and cross-functional teams and integrate them into the sales process;
- You will become an expert on our platform and our offering. This will enable you to react spontaneously and professionally to concerns from potential customers;
- You always have your ear close to the customer and the market and therefore have an overview of current and future customer needs;
- You are an evangelist for the product and therefore you can close large deals.
- Natural talent for customer satisfaction, and proven skills in influencing and negotiating with people at all levels of seniority and responsibility, up to C-level of large enterprises;
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and German;
- A formal degree in technical or comparable studies with a relevant focus;
- 5+ years of practical experience in Sales for B2B Software SaaS Companies;
- The natural talent and practical experience in thinking your way into the business models of our prospects, with an ability to devise how we can create a win-win situation together;
- Capability to work independently, with a goal-oriented personality and willingness to bring your ideas to the team;
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially with PowerPoint and Excel, and proven experience in working with CRM systems like Salesforce;
- You embody a problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail mentality and are focused on issue resolution in a deadline-driven work environment.
