The internal sales department is responsible for supporting existing and new customers as well as offering and order processing. Internal sales is the interface between customers or sales partners and the internal departments.
Goals:
- Professional customer support with short response times and high flexibility
- Current and maintained customer master data
- High customer satisfaction
- Customer contact from the inquiry to order follow-up (aftersales)
- Receiving inquiries, creating offers and tracking them
- Offer calculation
- Taking orders, order clarification and confirmation
- Answering queries
- Tracking the order through to delivery
- Recording and coordinating customer complaints
- Customer master data maintenance
- Strong initiative, high social skills and strong ability to work in a team
- High level of calculation understanding
- Experience in exporting, invoicing and invoice tracking
- Obliging, communicative and customer-friendly demeanor
- Customer, service and commercially oriented thinking and actions
- Organizational skills
- Careful and responsible way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good English
