Responsibilities

Field Integrated Marketing

The Field Integrated Marketing Manager embraces our company’s Marketing principles, is a Microsoft brand steward, and drives ongoing improvements in maximizing marketing spend and driving marketing efficiency, and marketing impact. You are able to center your work with larger goals in mind. Adept at working with team members across business groups and agencies to deliver a global integrated marketing communication plan.

• Manages annual marketing communications priorities and success metrics. You will direct priorities for events and media, public and analyst relations.
• Oversees production and deployment of advertising and drives the strategy and execution of digital and social media.
• Determines the optimal mix of engagement vehicles for your product, service, or geography. You'll need to be a strategic thinker to ensure execution, risks, and global alignment are optimal.

Field Product Marketing

The Fiel Product Marketing Manager understands, orchestrates, and influences campaigns and marketing activities, develops integrated marketing campaigns, and delivers product, solutions and customer campaign feedback to the business. You will determine marketing strategy for your area and communicate through marketing plans, product content, and internal and external evangelism. An essential aspect of the role is to align the content, timing and delivery of marketing messages and outreach to Microsoft’s customers and partners.

• Plays a role throughout the marketing cycle: from positioning, messaging, and storytelling to determining and orchestrating global launch plans and identifying market research needs.
• Owns monitoring our competition and building competitive positioning and response plans.

• Pursuing either a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in relevant field with a minimum of one semester remaining
• First practical experiences or internships in a communications/marketing/data analytic/customer facing/technical role. Understanding of the OEM and Partner business is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to connect digital and in-person marketing tactics using data
• Strong project management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Obsessed and committed to optimal partner and customer satisfaction
• General marketing knowledge, creative & innovative
• Fluency in German and English
