Head (m/f/d) of Production EVA

YOUR TASKS:

• Managing the production area EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) incl. staff planning for a 3-shift schedule
• Monitoring, planning and optimizing the production in terms of machine availability, quality, and quantity
• Optimizing workflows with MTM
• Ensuring smooth production processes, taking into account cost, capacity and quality criteria
• Capacity planning and key figure monitoring
• Planning and optimizing resources and material expenses
• Ensuring that quality standards are met
• Close cooperation with the engineering, planning, logistics and quality management departments as well as the maintenance teams
• Responsible for workplace health and safety
• Lead, coach and develop team members

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in mechanical engineering / production engineering, industrial engineering or similar vocational training with relevant professional experience in EVA- related processes
• Several years of experience in the management of an industrial production, in production engineering as well as in production planning and staff management
• Practiced in lean management
• Experience in the application and implementation of MTM
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Fluent in German and English, Polish is an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly
• Strong organizational and coordinating skills with good commercial awareness
