Your Tasks

You find the topic of artificial intelligence exciting and you would like to work for a leading international company? Then start your apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) at audEERING.

You will support company processes in the commercial area and support the following departments in handling the daily business: assistance and secretarial services, finance/controlling, human resources and marketing.
In these departments, your tasks include organising, coordinating, implementing and reflecting on office and project-related processes.
You work in a team and communicate a lot with colleagues and external people.
Another part of your tasks is researching, preparing and presenting data and information, as well as
Supporting and documenting staff-related tasks.
And the use of booking systems and accounting instruments.

Your Profile

Intermediate school certificate / secondary school certificate / A-Level certificate
Interest in commercial activities and processes
Fascination for AI
Good written and spoken English skills
Organisational talent and service orientation
