TE Connectivity's Quality Assurance Teams are responsible for all or part of an organization's Quality Management System, including conformance and continuous improvement initiatives. They work on systemic evaluation of products, services, facilities, manufacturing or business processes, to ensure that standards of quality are being met. Develop and implement quality plans, programs and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses. They reviews, analyze and report on quality discrepancies, investigate problems and executes quality audits, and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The team works closely with manufacturing, engineering, customers, or suppliers and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.
- Verantwortlich für die Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems Adelberg nach Normanforderungen IS0 9001 / IATF 16949 und den Kundenanforderungen
- Planung des Auditprogramms nach ISO 9001/IATF/VDA am Standort Adelberg (System-/Prozess und Produktaudit)
- Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von internen Audits (Kunden-, System-, Prozess- & Produktaudits)
- Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Durchführung von Kundenaudits auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene.
- Direkter Ansprechpartner für nationale und internationale Kunden hinsichtlich Kundenaudits
- Ermittlung und Sicherstellung von Kundenanforderungen der Industrie und Automotive Kunden für das Management System Adelberg
- Erarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsstandards und Umsetzung von Kunden- sowie Normanforderungen
- Unterstützung der Funktion Leitung QM EMEA
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung des Management Reviews
- Aufbereitung, Auswertung und Reporting von qualitätsrelevanten KPI
- Verantwortlich für das IMS Handbuch Adelberg
- Moderation und Schulung des Managements und Prozesseignern hinsichtlich Normativen und Kundenanforderungen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches / kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (>5 Jahre) im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements im automotive umfeld
- Einschlägige Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement (Qualitätsmanager oder vergleichbar)
- Normative Kenntnisse im Bereich IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA Bänder
- Qualifikation zum VDA 6.3 Prozessauditor, VDA 6.5 Produktauditor und IATF 16949 Auditor
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von QM-Methoden und – Prozessen
- Methoden- und Handlungskompetenz in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von 8D-Methodik/ Problemlösemethoden/Q-Tools/ Automotive Core Tools
- Sehr gute rhetorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Gute Umgangsformen, sicheres Auftreten, Höflichkeit
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Strukturierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, CAQ und den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen
- Verantwortlich für Kundenaudits am Standort Adelberg und direkter Ansprechpartner für nationale und internationale Kunden
