You work on fascinating projects and gain experience – through in-depth insights and involvement in our wide-ranging day-to-day business.

Get to know the many facets of life and health reinsurance incl. processes, our worldwide network and reinsurance concepts and solutions
Active participation in various specialist units, including both direct customer contact and supporting service teams, covering among other things data analyses, pricing and quotations
Several months spent abroad at one of our international locations
Attending special trainee events and building a Group-wide network
... and lots more exciting projects and tasks

You come equipped with

Master's degree in (business) mathematics or physics
Ideally, initial relevant experience gained through internships or student work experience
Initial international experience, e.g. through a semester spent abroad, language study trips, Work & Travel programmes is desirable
Knowledge of a programming language, such as "R", is an asset
Proficient user skills in English (level C1), independent user skills in German (level B2) or the willingness to learn this language

On a personal level, you can impress us with your capacity for analytical thinking, strong communication skills, customer-centred approach and openness to working in an international environment. If you are also creative and flexible and have a broad interest in economic correlations, you have come to exactly the right place!
