The Opportunity:

As a Fires and Effects Analyst, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. As a defense mission professional you’ll bring your analytical expertise to work on projects for the the client who plans, manages, and assesses EMS operations in order to achieve EMS superiority for the four-star command. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the integration of operations and data-driven insight to promote preparation of the operational environment. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, identify intelligence gaps, submit intelligence requests for information, and provide data visualization products via FADE/MIST, GOAT, DaVinci or other available data visualization tools.

You’ll guide the work we do for the client and the solutions we deliver for defense mission planning. You'll help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior policy makers. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into all areas. You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in conducting all-source analysis, developing data insights, and non-kinetic operations or analysis

• Knowledge of intelligence collection requirements processes and technical tools such as FADE/MIST, DX, Voltron, Palantir, and analytical application of data sets

• Knowledge of EMS operations and integration of EW, space, cyber, joint and fires and effects processes at the operational, strategic, or national level

• Ability to apply data trending, pattern-of-life analysis, nodal analysis, and visualization to establish Indications & Warning and drive decisions

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience briefing intelligence updates to General Officers, Flag Officers or SES level

• Experience in development of interactive dashboards

• Experience in machine learning and predictive analysis

• Experience with Joint doctrine, Major command, or a Combatant Command

• Experience with Joint Doctrine Note 3-16, CJCSI 3320.01D, and CJCSM 3320.01 series

• Experience with the Joint Targeting Toolkit (JTT), Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), and Master Air Attack Plan Toolkit (MAAP)

• Knowledge of electronic warfare systems and capabilities

• Ability to integrate Joint Doctrine Note 3-16, CJCSI 3320.01D, and CJCSM 3320.01 series into products

• TS/SCI clearance

• Graduate of the Joint Targeting School, the US Air Force Targeting IFTU, or completion of a DoD Planner's Course
