Summary
For the “Airborne Algorithms & Software” department, we are looking for a “Software Developer Detect & Avoid Radar (f/m/d)” at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.
In our “Detect & Avoid Radar” team, you will develop a new type of radar for unmanned aerial vehicles (air cabs, drones, airplanes) that makes it possible to detect potentially dangerous other objects and autonomously avoid collisions. Such a system will be a prerequisite for the integration of unmanned aerial vehicles into civil airspace.
Your Tasks

Collaboration in the entire software lifecycle for safety-critical embedded software

Software architecture and detailed design with the help of modeling

Implementation in C and Matlab

HW/SW integration and software verification

Support of system tests and flight tests
Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering or comparable
-
Experience in the development of safety-critical embedded software
-
Experience with modeling and continuous integration advantageous

Experience with software for sensor data processing advantageous

Good knowledge of German and English
