Together with a small, agile, and self-organized venture team, you are the person who work together with our first clients on executing the on-demand production service. You understand the needs and requirements of our corporate and small-medium enterprise customers and serve them with our existing on-demand production solution. You understand what our service delivers and derive from your customer interactions how our product and venture can create even more value. You directly report to the Product Owner / Founder and work together with experts in the additive manufacturing world.

Your tasks:

Take over full execution responsibility for international customer projects with leading corporate customers and medium enterprise
Take responsibility to consult and satisfy customers – from pilot project on to full-on recurring customers- to up-sale our services
Enable customer to produce parts via our digital warehouse solution including part screening, digitization and engineering
Define your needed capabilities and pick the most capable people from internal and external partners. This includes the identification and selection engineering service providers who support our enabling services
Structure and execute consulting projects, make your progress transparent and involve your team members in important, customer relevant or even product relevant decisions
Create, improve, and digitize consultancy processes together with our product development team to reach operational efficiency
Understand customer requirements and give feedback on our product to generate the biggest possible customer value
Support the development and implementation of the 3D-printing business model and 3D-Printing platform together with a small, agile, and self-organized venture team
Once the business is growing it is maybe possible to move into a chief operating office role and build up an operational team

Your requirements:

Three to five years in the project / product management space or comparable experiences
Experience in engineering application in the industry, favourably in Automotive or Railway
Experience in part approval and quality assurance, favourably in Automotive and Railway
University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable knowledge
Expertise in additive manufacturing regarding technologies, materials, limitations, and economic benefits. Expertise in conventional manufacturing technologies, materials, limitations, economic benefits is a plus
Ability to turn enablement and consultancy projects into repeatable, digital based processes
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and business acumen, enthusiasm for getting things done in a small start-up like team
Feeling comfortable in an agile environment (Mostly Kanban style)
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization and develop positive working relationships
Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
