Your role

• As an active part of the Group Quality Team with a focus on food safety, you develop food law-relevant specifications for test plans with regard to residues and contaminants
• You evaluate external information on food safety topics and undertake literature research
• You check whether relevant test plans have been implemented across the group and evaluate them
• You support with routine inquiries from customers and production sites
• You are involved in supplier inquiries and evaluations on specific food safety topics and help with the food law assessment of raw materials
• You create evaluations of RASFF Alerts and similar databases

Your profile

• You are studying food chemistry, food or beverage technology for your master's degree or are looking for an internship as part of the 2nd state examination in food chemistry
• Initial practical experience as part of internships or modules in the area of quality management / quality assurance or analytics is an advantage
• You aim to advance quality and food safety in a company in the food industry
• You are characterized by your structured and solution-oriented way of working
• You have good knowledge of common Windows and MS Office applications and are ready to learn new IT systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken English and German and are not afraid of communicating in an international environment
