Job description
The Plant Assembly Engineer is responsible for the optimization of assembly processes in the plant. Based in our plant in Reinsdorf, the main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring parts are produced according to customer specifications and requirements
- Providing feedback to the assembly area manager about any quality or production concerns
- Implementing continuous improvement plans and activities to maximize the efficiency and development of the assembly processes
- Assisting shift leaders in defining Standard Operations Procedures for production operators
Profile
You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school or university.
As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g., one semester or year outside your home country).
You have an interest for the automotive industry, have first knowledge of manufacturing processes and are problem solving oriented with a hands-on approach.
You are open-minded and a team player with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
You are fluent in English. German is not required but woulb be a plus.
