Your tasks:

• Work in the program office with other coordinators reporting to the Head of Delivery
• Administer programs and projects, support program managers
• Manage procurement, contracting and billing for programs
• Prepare reports to management and clients
• Develop, provide and improve tools and project management methodology

Your qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent education

• Experience in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and other project management software required
• 3+ years of work experience

• Very strong command of English, German is a plus
