Your tasks:
- Work in the program office with other coordinators reporting to the Head of Delivery
- Administer programs and projects, support program managers
- Manage procurement, contracting and billing for programs
- Prepare reports to management and clients
- Develop, provide and improve tools and project management methodology
Your qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education
- Experience in Management, Finance, Business Administration, Project Management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and other project management software required
- 3+ years of work experience
- Very strong command of English, German is a plus
