Aufgaben

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• In close collaboration with Engineering, Design and UX research you will drive developments, optimisations and innovations for our Fulfillment by Kaufland (FBK) service
• Your focus will be to maximise the value that FBK can provide to Sellers - by enabling them to seamlessly grow their business internationally
• You prioritise, measure value and work on the most impactful initiatives for our business. You will align on business priorities, help to develop strategies and create an outcome driven product roadmap
• You assess the impact of initiatives and new increments, make decisions based on collected data and iterate for continuous improvements
• You understand the business, including sales, account management, support and understand their objectives and constraints and use their expertise to build a successful product
• You create, develop and manage excellent relationships with a network of stakeholders (from the development team, other product manager, business experts, to support to C-Level executives), assess their requirements, communicate and influence

Profil

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have experience in digital Product Management and enjoy taking on responsibility – from discovery to delivery. Any experience in supply chain is a plus
• You are data savvy and outcome-focused - you know how to ask the right questions and answer them based on data
• You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actionable insights from it
• You are a motivated and empathetic communicator who is experienced in collaborating with software development teams and interacting with different stakeholders
• You are willing to embrace our company culture and values and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
