Controlling and Finance Assurance (CF A) helps Siemens to achieve their goals by providing objective, factual and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board and Audit Committee. Join our team as a Working Student (f/m/d) starting as soon as possible, to support the People, Learning and Innovation Team in Munich.

What part will you play?

• You support in demand analysis and development of the training curriculum
• You help us with the planning and execution of training events
• You support the development and implementation of external/internal marketing and communication strategies
• You are responsible for the design and creation of content for the CF A Alums program (incl. newsletters, videos, events, database maintenance)
• You contribute to the onboarding process of new joiners (incl. quality assurance and feedback evaluation)
• You prepare Excel spreadsheets, reports, and PowerPoint presentations

What you need to make real what matters.

• Currently you are studying Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Ideally, you have prior experience in the HR field
• You have strong proficiency in MS Office and data visualization, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You also have knowledge and experience in survey methods/tools
• You are independent, conscientious and deadline-oriented
• You have strong teamwork, communication and organizational skills.
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
