Summary:
Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG) is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to provide intelligence technical support services to the US Army Europe (USAREUR) G2 (Intelligence Directorate). These services will be provided to the USAREUR Area of Responsibility (AOR) which includes, but may not be limited to, Central and Eastern Europe, and potentially other combatant commands with the region of Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. The USAREUR G2 provides intelligence support to land forces in the European Command (EUCOM) theater of operations and provides oversight and staff supervision of subordinate intelligence organizations and activities. The required intelligence technical support consist of intelligence analysis, operations and planning, security support, and information systems operation, maintenance, and sustainment.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides and manages the skill sets required to implement contract intelligence and technical support for contingency operations, battle staff and operational-level planning, joint and multi-lateral training exercises, and strategic engagement policy throughout the U.S. Army, Europe (USAREUR) Area of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Area of Interest (AOI).
- Responsible for a team of intelligence analysts, which assess future and on-going political-military developments, military capabilities and doctrine, weapons systems, and employment of military forces within each country.
- Ensures designated contract personnel effectively research, author, and coordinate threat assessments.
- Provides management expertise for the coordination of intelligence technical support as per the contract statement of work.
- coordinates and manages contractor support through direct liaison with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Monitors and evaluates data summarizing the analysis planning and technical support workload conducted by the Technical Expert contract personnel at each site as appropriate to each project.
- Reviews graphic analyses, identifies contract trends, and develops reports.
- Assesses and makes recommendations on the progress and performance of the contractor intelligence technical support personnel.
- Participate in operations and intelligence briefs presented by the technical expert contract personnel.
- Advises on all matters pertaining to the contract in order to optimize contract performance and meet project expectations.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience managing complex projects.
- Master’s Degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized intelligence experience; OR 10 years of specialized intelligence experience.
Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Access
Location: Heidelberg, Germany
Travel: Travel will be required
