We are looking for a Sales Operations & Data Integration Manager (d/f/m) to play a key role in steering and accelerating our User Acquisition & Upsell functions to success.

Your role:

Development and Continuous Improvement of Customer Data Strategy
- Act as a key driver for the development and continuous improvement of the business unit's overall customer data strategy.
- Enhance the quality, completeness, and accessibility of customer data.

Integration of Sales and Marketing Channels
- Connect various sales and marketing channels to enable integrated campaigns and data sharing.
- Jointly implement automation solutions with Salesforce Consulting, Sales & Marketing Analytics, etc. to enhance efficiency in Sales, Marketing and CRM processes.
- Set up automated and dynamic lead campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing

Business Reporting and Tracking

Set up and own business reports and dashboards for the sales/marketing funnel to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Drive efficiency and revenue growth through data-driven insights.
- Lead projects to improve tracking and reporting capabilities to successfully measure marketing and sales activities
- Vendor Management; Serve as main point of contact for external sales data platform provider (“Oneclick”) and understand requirements from our Telesales vendors, internal Salesforce Consulting team as well as relevant stakeholders to direct data platform provider to adapting their services towards these requirements
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, CRM, Telesales & Key Account Management, Analytics, as well as the Head of Sales.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to execute go-to-market strategies effectively.
Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field / professional experience

Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on customer data management, sales and marketing optimization.

Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred), marketing automation tools and data integration platforms.

Experience with dialer software is a plus

Strong project management skills

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate results into easily digestible messages and deliver tangible results in multi-stakeholder and corporate environment

Fluent in English, advanced in German
