Your tasks:

• First point of contact for our workshop customers
• Scheduling workshop appointments and creating repair pre-orders
• Record vehicle and order data
• Returning vehicles and answering general questions about the scope of repairs
• Ensuring a smooth workflow within the service team
• Supporting and advising customers by telephone and in person

• Completed technical or commercial training (preferably also from the hotel or catering industry)
• Commitment as well as a confident and friendly appearance
• High customer and service orientation

The position is full-time and limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation.
