At P&G, our Brand Management teams are the vision and strategy behind each of our brands. Together, we create irresistible, meaningful, and sustainable brand experiences for our consumers.

Use your drive and ingenuity! From Day 1, you are the manager of your business and will put your ideas into practice. You will lead the masterplans behind our product and commercial innovations as well as the marketing elements across all media. You develop strong marketing concepts and identify tactics to build on consumer, shopper, and customer insights (e.g., out-of-the-box ideas to attract new brand users, pilot campaigns on new social media platforms). You engage with agency partners and internal stakeholders from all functions (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product Supply) to grow your brands profitably while delivering key business objectives.

Within the Brand Management function, you might join P&G in one of three teams:

• Commercial Operations team for a particular brand or category

• Brand Operations team with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point (Data/Digital, Media, etc.)

• Sales team developing marketing plans across categories for a specific customer

Job Qualifications

• You have, or will have completed before starting with us, a bachelor’s, or master’s degree with strong academic results.

• You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a strong passion for Brand Management.

• You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.

• You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.

• You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).

• Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
