We are looking for a motivated Student Intern (m/f/d) for our GoGreen Operations Team at Global Head Office DHL Freight. This is a part-time internship (20 hours/week) for 12 months. The ideal starting date is 1st August 2024.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to get an inside view into the management of DHL Freight Green Operations with the aim to support the team.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in the preparation of the Decarbonization presentations for Freight country rollouts & internal team meetings
• Conduct research & prepare analysis to help draft a strategic roadmap for achieving carbon neutrality in a specific country
• Assist in conducting volume & green fuel feasibility analysis for selected routes
• Support in ongoing revisions of the decarbonization roadmap (e.g. conducting baselines & drafting goals)

• You are a student of Business Management, Economic Science, Engineering or comparable studies
• You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to effectively analyze data and draw accurate conclusions.
• You have good presentation skills, allowing you to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
• Attention to detail is one of your strengths, ensuring that you consistently deliver high-quality work with precision.
• Your background does not necessarily need to be in sustainability. We are open to candidates who are analytical and have strong presentation skills, regardless of their specific area of expertise.
• This position is only open to enrolled students based in Germany, who are available for at least 12 months for 20 hours/week.
