This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Brand Partnerships & BD to join our Brand Partnerships and Business Development team at Madify. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and a relentless passion for Social Media.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate leads using various platforms including but not limited to Linkedin Sales Navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, CRM etc to identify prospects, right contacts, and decision makers for business development. Also, Identify events within the industry which enhance referring brands and/or prospective client engagement.
Reaching out to CXOs, Marketing directors, Marketing Executives, etc. who are the decision-makers in their respective organisations to Pitch Influencer Marketing & other allied services from Madify.
Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies, and other revenue-generating partners
Manage day-to-day sales operation, handle the empanelment processes, agreement, and actively seek client feedback to maximize satisfaction, and overall be responsible for delivering great results
Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.
Build a strong sales pipeline - responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.
Consistently meet or exceed Business Development goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts
Leading a team of junior sales members.
Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality conversions. Build strong working relationships with the clients & brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.

Requirements

1+ years of demonstrated success in performing a business development/sales representative function with excellent digital sales acumen within an influencer Marketing Agency or Media Industry.
A problem solver delivering creative content solutions to help brands with maximum outreach against their investment.
Able to work with cross-functional teams. Effectively meet client commitments by working with teams across the organization – Talent, Social Media, Influencer, Creative.
A pro at managing relationships. Ability to plan, schedule & effectively deliver as per commitments to each client. Ability to scale brand/agency partnerships year on year.
Self-motivated. Ability to work under high-pressure environments and maturity to understand the business needs at all points.
A great negotiator, quick learner, thinker and doer.
Extremely proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas.
An exceptional communicator with superlative written and oral communications skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
