Position:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Sales Representative to join Mapular's dynamic team. This role is central to our mission of becoming a household name in the geospatial technology industry. The position offers a hybrid work model with an in-office presence in Stadtmitte, Berlin, and work-from-home flexibility.

Role and Responsibilities:

• You are a key member of the sales team.
• You work closely with our CEO.
• You drive sales growth by proactively generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales opportunities.
• You develop and execute sales strategies to effectively represent Mapular's geospatial solutions in key sectors such as infrastructure, transport, smart city initiatives, real estate, and the public sector.
• You build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored geospatial solutions.
• You conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Mapular's software systems and geospatial technologies.
• You achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective client engagement and closing techniques.
• You collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for market penetration.

What You’ll Bring:

• Fluent in both German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong interest in technology or geospatial-related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM software, and sales management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving industry.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and contributing to projects with social and environmental impact.
