Are you passionate about digital marketing and love the challenge of optimizing search engine visibility? We're looking for an enthusiastic Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist (m/f/d) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our presence in search, both through paid campaigns and organic strategies.
- Craft compelling ad copy and design landing pages specifically tailored for search engine marketing
- Continuously identify and leverage new keywords, while also maintaining and optimizing the hygiene of existing keywords in our campaigns
- Refine our bidding strategy to maximize impact
- Analyze competitors' strategies to stay ahead in the game
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility
- Keep track of essential SEM metrics, including click rates, time on page, bounce rates, conversion rates and other vital KPIs
- Work alongside consultants, web developers, and our marketing team to enforce best practices in SEO and SEA
- Regularly prepare detailed reports on project outcomes
- Identify and implement new initiatives to continuously improve our SEM processes
- Proven background in Marketing, Growth or a related field
- Native-level German or Swedish and proficient (minimum C1) English skills
- Proficient with marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Experience with web analytics, basic HTML knowledge, and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- A good grasp of the latest marketing trends and techniques
- A willingness to multitask and initiate new projects

- Location: The role can be based either in Berlin, Germany or Gothenburg, Sweden. To facilitate effective collaboration and team interaction we spend four days per week in our office
