At ChargeX, we develop innovative charging infrastructure for electric cars. Our Aqueduct charging systems are a smart combination of hardware and software that we develop ourselves. We are working together on an urban infrastructure solution that charges vehicles intelligently, cost-efficiently and based on daily mobility behavior.

For the rapid growth of our startup, we are looking for a passionate working student to join our way to become the next electric charging unicorn.

Your Challenge

• Create deep-dive reports on our monthly operational performance in Marketing & Sales
• Sparring the Head of Finance to implement & develop a new operational controlling framework
• Act as an intermediary function between marketing, sales, operations and development to identify product requirements for new business fields and segments
• Calculate business potentials, identify bottlenecks in our conversion pipeline
• Set up automated decision logics for MoB (Make or Buy) in current and future business fields
• Future Option: Be responsible for your own internal department with full ownership for a key activity that directly contributes to our overall business success

Your Expertise

Must have:

• Proficient in handling numbers with a good sense for correlation and calculation
• Holistic approach: you see the ties across department borders
• Interest in venture development and data-driven frameworks
• Ongoing studies in a related field e.g. economics, data-science, industrial engineering, electronics, or mechanical engineering
• Fluent in Business English

Nice to have:

• Experience in a startup environment with high independence
• Experience in setting up data-driven structures and using data-driven decision frameworks for business development purposes
• Fluent in German
• Based in the Munich region
