Your responsibilities:
Define and execute strategy to increase customer retention, ensuring that our customers love training with us, see visible progress, and find it easy to stick with their goals.
Define High-Value-Actions to drive retention.
Implement a roadmap to test and learn.
Define and effectively communicate through various channels including email, our app, and touchpoints in our studios to maintain a constant and supportive presence in our customers' fitness journeys.
Implement the tooling infrastructure such as CRM, etc.
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Lifecycle Management, CSM, CRM, particularly beyond traditional marketing, Product Enablement or similar.
Strong customer understanding, with a passion for customer-centric strategies and a proven track record in customer lifecycle management.
Technical proficiency with a good grasp of CRM systems and data analytics.
Exceptional numerical skills and a passion for deciphering trends and patterns.
Comprehensive product knowledge and an ability to connect product features with customer benefits.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting messages that resonate across diverse platforms and audiences.
Dynamic project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively and simultaneously.
