Center of Entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurship? Founding a company? Start-up consulting? Since it's founding in 2016 the Center of Entrepreneurship (CoE) bundles the start-up activities of Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and supports students and staff in realising their ideas under the slogan "GROW UP, START UP!".

Your tasks

• You plan and facilitate startup coaching sessions as well as innovation workshops independently and assist in the creation of an intellectual property (IP) policy for academic spin-offs.
• You develop and implement a structured process for identifying and scouting high potentials for start-ups from the university, in particular from the THI's research fields.
• You manage our digital marketplace for innovations (TH-INnovation Company).
• You actively participate in national scientific conferences on the topic of business creation and start-ups.
• You are part of the TH-INspire project, aiming to foster entrepreneurial competences, cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets, and nurture a start-up culture among students and employees at THI.

Your profile

• Completed academic university studies related to entrepreneurship or innovation and technology management.
• Experience in conducting innovation workshops and applying innovation methods (design thinking, business model canvas)
• Enthusiasm for the topics Entrepreneurship as well as Science and Technology Transfer
• Experience in the field of business creation and start-ups is an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills
