As an Emergent Threat Trainer, you’ll bring your leadership, technical, tactical, and training management background to collaborate with thought leaders in tactical units on projects for multi-domain tactical training. You’ll use your skills as you plan and execute training as either a primary trainer or facilitator.

You Have:
Knowledge of planning, executing, and facilitating Virtual Training, including Virtual Battlespace, VBS3, and Virtual Reality, and Home Station Training Lanes
Ability to plan, execute, and facilitating training in classroom and austere environments and communicate effectively with brigade and battalion leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, and collective training, or 5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and facilitating leader, individual, and collective training in lieu of a degree
Ability to complete Certified Military Instructor Training Course within 180 days of start date
Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
Experience with planning and executing cyber and electromagnetic warfare activities
Experience as an observer controller (OC)
Experience with conducting after-action reviews (AAR)
Experience with Android Team Awareness Kit (ATAK) and Precision Fires-Dismounted (PFD)
Experience as a UAS Master Trainer 2.0
Experience with Fabrication, including 3D Printing, Arduino, and Electronics
Master’s degree
Fire Support Master Gunner Certification
Joint Fires Observer Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
