As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day business and work closely with the Talent Managers. During your time as a student, you will get to know the entire spectrum of recruitment in a global management consultancy.

Your tasks as a Working student (m/f/d) - Talent Acquisition include:

• Active involvement in the recruitment process, learning all the relevant steps - from job advertisement to recruitment,
• Taking on independent projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues,
• Research tasks as part of search processes, in particular determining industry, company and personal data using the Internet and various recruitment channels,
• Candidate management, maintenance and updating of internal tools,

You have the following qualifications:

• You have a degree in economics / social sciences or a comparable degree,
• You see your professional future in the HR sector and are looking forward to working in an international environment,
• Initial experience as a researcher in a personnel consultancy is an advantage,
• As a team player, you are open-minded, have a friendly manner and are very well organized,
• Fluency in German and English
• Confident handling of MS Office
