Join us as an Executive Assistant to our senior management by providing efficient, professional and timely support in both the busy office life as well as during extensive travel activities.

Your Role

• Responsible for extensive calendar management.
• Organise travel and logistics.
• Communicate with C-Level in house and external stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Accurately recording minutes of meetings.
• Support in financing rounds and other shareholder related projects.
• Preparing, organizing and execution of board and shareholder meetings.

Your Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experienced multitasker, who is loyal, trustworthy and can handle confidential information.
• High level of emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
• Dedicated Executive Assistant with a resourceful nature.
• Used to a dynamic and changing environment.
• Eye for detail and a proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and German.
