About the Role
As Talent Manager, you help us in building and growing our team to deliver on our mission. We are looking for a Talent Manager who can take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting processes, supports our team on all HR-related topics, and is keen on taking on strategic projects around employer branding, retention or culture. More specifically your tasks will include:
- Take over the end-to-end recruiting for our open positions: from job description over sourcing strategy and first interviews to contract preparation
- Make sure that the best talent wants to join DeepSpin and provide them with the best experience in the recruiting process
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing solutions
- Provide informed reports on the progress of your work and the funnel of candidates to hiring teams
- Build and maintain a world-class talent pipeline with a meaningful emphasis on diversity across all hiring channels through reach-outs and continuous relationship management
- Help us strengthen our company brand by representing DeepSpin at job fairs
- Be the point of contact for all HR-related topics for our team: You see yourself not only as a recruiter but also as a people manager
- Take on projects around the topics of employer branding, culture, candidate experience, process optimization and -automation, retention and many more
- Proactively introduce best practices to the team and coach more junior colleagues
About You
- You have a strong passion for recruiting, talent and people topics, open to different strategies and sharing your knowledge
- You have 3+ years of experience in recruiting for (tech-)teams, ideally in a start-up environment
- You are proficient in active sourcing, you are analytical yet empathetic in your interviews, and you see yourself as a brand ambassador for the company
- You are tech-savvy and have worked with an ATS
- You are fluent in English - German is a plus
- You have excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- You have the ability to take full ownership and independently structure projects and tasks
- You are a strong team player with hands-on personality
