What can you expect...

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a Solution Architect Secure Communications and IoT Solutions and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Intensive shadowing activities with experts within our team to understand the different roles and responsibilities linked with Telecommunications, including business training on SAF2, Tetra Sys and 5G/mobile communications security

• Rotations working with our French and Finnish teams to understand the end to end processes for our complex business lines

• Be involved with the legal, bidding, quality and finance aspects of the Telecommunications Solutions Management process

• Deep learning and understanding of our product line work, aligning with the multiple regions that we work with and driving commitment requests.

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of Solution Architect Secure Communications and IoT Solutions!

What we are looking for…

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, we ask that you demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within electrical engineering (telecommunications engineering) or information science (focus on telecommunications).

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) as well as in German

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

STATEMENT : This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
