Job Summary/Purpose The Legal Brand Protection Working Student will support our team of attorneys and paralegals covering a broad range of countries with a focus on parallel imports. Under the direction of the Head of Legal Brand Protection, this position will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the team is able to complete their tasks and their work is properly archived. The Working Student will also be able to lead and support additional projects when needed, with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills.
This position is available for a part-time contract (at least 20h/week) for 12 months (possibility to extend is highly desired), hybrid work possible.
Your Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the team’s attorneys by preparing incoming parallel import sample for review, including managing samples, maintaining Excel databases, archiving physical samples, and any necessary follow ups
- Managing archiving processes of original documents for the team (e,g. trademark agreements, contracts, and certificates)
- Handling incoming and outgoing samples, scanning documents and ensuring the samples are correctly distributed to the attorneys and paralegals in the team, as well as external agents
- Collaboration within department and cross-functionally to obtain the best results for the business
- Leading additional projects with guidance from colleagues in the Legal Brand Protection Team as needed

Minimum requirements
What you’ll bring to the role: - Bachelor or Master student in Law, Business, Business Engineering, Applied Economics or related areas
- Ability to research, analyze and communicate large amounts of complex data with good attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and a self-starter spirit
- Ability to learn and work independently, with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German skills are a plus
