You will be part of our dedicated in-house media team that will deliver outstanding media plans, engage and delight consumers with our iconic brands, and drive business results together with our brand managers.
Responsible to handle all main Biddable media platforms for SEM/SEA and Social activities, ensuring end to end campaign management and execution.
Constantly analyze, track, and optimize effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns’ performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
Stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine, social platform and PPC industry trends across web and mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis.
Ensure finesse in digital media executions (brand awareness and performance) lead end to end process (stay in sync with timings) & achieve briefed objectives.
Constantly look for efficiencies and ensure harmonies between digital vehicles.
Connect externally to get in touch with industry & consumers trends.
Work closely in a diverse team, especially with our Marketing Technologists and Sales to enable and deliver a consumer centric data strategy. Understand our data structure, business fit and flows across involved systems.
Be the mastermind of special projects related to innovation and digital trial plans.
Job Qualifications
Previous experience with media and digital campaigns (set up, optimization & reporting), preferably experience working with consumer packaged good’s companies.
Solid understanding of media, specifically digital space and able to integrate various platform thinking (Media platform characteristics, strength/ opportunity of each medium) seamlessly.
Able to set up and lead day-to-day media operations and internal partners.
Apprenticeship and/or a study background in media, data analytics or a related field.
You are accountable, independent, organized, curious, dedicated and have strong communication skills.
You are responsive and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and numerical accuracy.
Leadership and influencing skills to deliver strong media thinking for internal stakeholders.
Fluent communication in English, German skills are a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Office Package and Digital Demand Buying Platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager etc.) is required.
Experience in retailer media platforms (i.e., Amazon Media) is a strong plus.
It is a plus if you have experience with Adserving & Audit Tools’ management (Flash talking, MOAT, Nielsen DAR).
Responsibilities as of Day 1 – You will have total ownership of your projects from the beginning; regularly implementing campaigns, optimizing and troubleshooting, and presenting your results.
