So we are looking for you as Head of People & Culture to work full-time with us starting as soon as possible in Berlin!
Your Day-to-Day Work In This Role
Reporting directly to Stephanie (Chief Operating Officer), you will:
- Own the entire HR administration and all related processes - from recruitment and onboarding, administration, mentoring and development to offboarding.
- Be responsible for budget planning, people controlling and people reporting. Work closely and collaboratively with our Team Lead of Finance.
- Be an active sparring partner and coach for our leadership team on performance management, feedback, talent development and career planning.
- Own the People & Culture strategy and work closely with C-Levels to implement and drive the culture.
- Manage a team of 4.
We Are Match If You Have Experience with:
- Experience of leadership responsibility across a wide range of tasks and working closely with the executive and C-level team.
- Project and stakeholder management skills to design, structure and implement HR processes with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a hands-on mentality.
- Profound knowledge of German labor law and contract management.
- Business fluent in German and English.

- Flexible Work Setup: Our teams benefit from the possibility of working either hybrid or remotely! Under the hybrid work model, you would alternate between working from home and at our freshly renovated office in Berlin. Some teams have remote-first, working mostly from home. Our goal is always to find a perfect individual work-life balance for all bookingkids.

- Public Transportation Subsidy: We subsidize public transportation costs in EU countries with a flat fee. Depending on location this can be up to 50% of the total transportation cost.
- Gym Subsidy: We subsidize Urban Sports Club memberships to stay active and fit for bookingkids in Germany.
- Team Events: Our bookingkit BBQ in Berlin is a tradition that we offer multiple times in the year! Beyond that, we have summer and winter events to meet in person. Even ex-bookingkids come back to catch up with us on event days!
- Extra Charity Day: We love it when bookingkids are involved in charity work. We support you with one extra day of leave for charity work.
