This role leads our global IT Enduser Support team, consisting of the subteams Incident, Escalation, and Lifecycle/Procurement. It is a part of a global organization of IT Support Services professionals (Tier 1, 2) ensuring a seamless success of the enterprises business operations across continents.

How you will create an impact: Leading and organizing your team
- You ensure your group is aligned with strategic business initiatives devised by global IT management
- You ensure quality of service remains effective and consistent (KPI, OKR), which includes resource management and strategic personnel planning
Supporting the global IT Group C-Level Management
- You ensure that your groups operations are aligned with strategic business initiatives devised by global IT management, operates on budget
- You prepare budget and staffing proposals for your group and work with global management to ensure that your propositions are in line with the global IT strategy
Interfacing with adjacent IT Groups
- You support other IT groups to foster effective interfacing as far as your scope of activity is concerned
- You ensure that relevant supplies are available and can be distributed where your team is concerned
About you: - Relevant degree, education or development as a global manager in a professional, multi-layered support organization, degree or education in Computer Science studies or similar is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in similar roles in international organizations and minimum of 8 years in general working experience
- Corporate background in a global environment and experience in comparable service industries is considered beneficial but not strictly required
- Knowledge of organizing processes with ITIL principles and Business Process Modelling Language (BPMN), certifications (ITIL or comparable) are a plus
- Experience in leading as well as documenting professional feedback talks during an associates development life cycle
Very good communication skills, confident to document and present complex context in English
