Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an Order Management Representative.
In this role you will be based from our Garching office in Munich (hybrid working available).
You will provide an effective and efficient support to our Sales and Services Organization, enabling them proactively to drive our business forward. You will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, reporting to the Order Management Manager. This role will serve our customers across the DACH region.

- Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP.
- Processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets.
- Ensure pricing, quantities, and terms are accurate per established business policies.
- Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order.
- Review legal agreements for direction to deliver / administer.
- Ensure all corporate export policies are followed.
- Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or escalate issues.
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requests.
- Create ad hoc reports for management.
There is significant interface with both internal and external customers, therefore effective communication skills are required. A high degree of self-direction and decision-making is expected as well as the ability to be a cooperative and productive team member.
Qualifications:
Your expereince will include...
- 3 - 5 year`s customer service experience, ideally in an international company.
- Very good command of spoken and written German (C2) and English.
- Experience using a standard ERP system (Dynamics Great Plains experience would be an advantage).
- Good communication and analytical skills required.
- Ability to quickly grasp new software functionality and processes.
- Team-oriented work and dedication.
