Project Assistant in Köln bei AbAKUS IT Solutions

You will act as an interface between business teams, technical teams and internal or external suppliers. You will support the Project Management Office, manage (sub-)projects and ensure an optimal result, taking into account the time available, costs and, last but not least, quality. You will work in an international and multicultural environment.

Place of work: Köln (on-site)

Your tasks:

• Assist in various project-related responsibilities, including drafting minutes and reports, updating project management tracking systems, managing correspondence, planning and preparing meetings, monitoring budgets, and overseeing task tracking.
• Provide support for change management by preparing training and user materials, conducting training or information/demo sessions, and preparing communication plans and materials.
• Aid in quality assurance tasks by reviewing project support documentation, supporting risk management activities.
• Supporting procurement processes, evaluating suppliers and supporting the contract management.

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in an PMO support role or in IT project management.
• You are familiar with agile working methods, and you are customer- and solution-oriented.
• You have the desire to continuously improve the efficiency of processes and working methods.
• You provide strong analytical and troubleshooting skills combined with a disciplined approach to problem solving.
• You provide profound knowledge in standard office tools, Microsoft M365 and communication tools.
• You are a good communicator and you present a fluent level of English (C1 level), both spoken and written.
• Any other European language is considered as advantage.
