We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition intern (m/f/d) to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position you will assist all of our Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process and all Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep-dive into recruitment itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects in an international team.

• Focus on direct search activities and help us build talent pools to attract the right candidates
• Support all Talent Acquisition Partners during the entire recruiting process: Establish job postings, coordinate interviews and bond with candidates
• Assist the team in creative employer branding campaigns and projects to spread our brand
• Support the Talent Acquisition Team in their daily work (e.g. projects, communication with candidates and Hiring Managers)
• Be part of recruiting fairs and events and assist the team to organize those

• Enrolled student in the field of Business, Economics, Human Resources or any other related studies
• The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last at least 4 months, ideally 6 months
• Possess an interest in Human Resources (ideally Talent Acquisition) and working in an international company
• Bring along enthusiasm for research and project work
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Be curious about social media and networks
• Have good IT skills, especially good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Work in an independent and systematic manner
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus

• Contract location would be Berlin, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.300€ for a 20h/week and 1.040€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200€.
