HR Working Student - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg in Grünheide (Mark) bei Tesla

You’ll be part of the HR Partner team, which is a fast-growing, fun, and vital team at Tesla. Working directly with the team collaboratively, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make changes and improvements to our processes, not only in the department, but for the organization. There will also be the possibility for you to help with onboarding new people in the organization and participate in additional project work. Most importantly, you will support everyday work of our HR Partners and get to know HR processes. If necessary, you will also help to develop content and documents for meetings and workshops.
