We are hiring a production roaster with a love for food production, roast machines and maintenance. This is fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best coffee beans out there, a great team of coffee professionals that have one thing in mind: To produce a top quality product for our customers and to deliver it accurately on time!
You are not only surrounded by amazing coffee beans, you can also enjoy drinking it all day when at work. This job is physical and it requires getting up early (when Berlin is calm and quiet). You will be working in a clean food safety environment! You will smell the best coffee flavours from fresh seasonal crop. Whohoo! This is a job with a minimum term of 2 years. Experience in roasting speciality coffee Alternatively: Experience in food production, mechanics or roast machinery Enjoy repetitive work with high consistency in quality Attention to detail and working calmly under time pressure You enjoy getting up early and you see yourself as a Service Unit to our Sales Teams. Efficient work style and a professional understanding that roasting and packing needs to be done swiftly so that we can fulfill & pack our customer orders on the same day. Enjoy team work and irregular work times (we work longer when business is high, we work shorter when business is low) Always putting our customers first. They need our coffees on time, roasted to perfection.
