The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
The position may travel to posts with the region for training, or to conduct unique job evaluations, large reorganizations, etc., as required.
Evaluates and classifies locally employed (LE Staff) positions at posts within the EUR & IO Regional Bureaus. Analyses functions, organization structure, and workflow of positions during the evaluation process. Conducts in-depth interviews with supervisors, managers and incumbents to clarify evaluation classifications issues. Renders advice to PCAs and other relevant parties on effective and efficient position resource management. The position may travel to posts with the region for training, or to conduct unique job evaluations, large reorganizations, etc., as required.
EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma plus least two (2) years of college or university studies, required.
LANGUAGE:
This may be tested.
