The Opportunity
As a Research Manager you will be working with technology leaders in market research, specialising in online and digital methodologies.
Our SaaS platform enables businesses to quickly and effectively access audiences and data for online market research and insights.

What You Will Do
- Conduct market research projects, ensuring they are delivered successfully and on time.
- Proactively identify potential problems early and supporting the customer to overcome issues
- Be a trusted advisor to the customer and build lasting relationships
- Perform consistently and successfully as measured by our operational and customer satisfaction metrics
- Respond quickly to customer support requests
- Consult on questionnaires, data collection and technical implementation (programming) of questionnaires in state-of-the-art survey software systems
- Testing of surveys, sampling, invitation management, quota control, fieldwork management
- Data exports, data cleansing, data set creation (raw data, tables, charts)
What We Are Looking For
- Must be at least C1 level fluent in German (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in market/social research and/or in the use of survey systems (e.g. Alchemer/Surveygizmo, Ingress, Limesurvey etc.)
- Experience in working with data analysis tools like SPSS
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated with effective time management
- Strong team orientation and a warm personality to contribute to a dynamic group
- Proactive customer focus to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excellent analytical skills, process orientated, and strong attention to detail
Expert efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
