What part will you play?
- As part of our Seller Journey Team, you serve as an expert on internal sales and marketing processes supported by SieSales (Customer Relationship Management) and Highspot (Sales Enablement Automation).
- You will be responsible for specific tasks in the SieSales and Highspot application environment (e. g. user management, training, coaching)
- You are driving actively the communication and collaboration between Regions and HQ utilizing the SieSales and Highspot Champion communities.
- You work in self-organized, and agile environment that drives target-oriented outcomes.
- You work cross-business collaborating with BUs, functions (IT, Marketing), and other OpCos.
- You proactively identify opportunities to improve both applications and the underlying processes. You resolve inconsistencies and give insightful feedback to Sales.
- You support product releases including testing by gaining an understanding of new features, serve as a knowledge resource for SieSales and Highspot.
What you need to make real what matters.
- The foundation of your profile is an academic degree in STEM (CS, Analytics, Informatics etc) from reputable university or college.
- You have proven track record of work experience in Sales or Sales Operations ideally in a similar capacity.
- Your expertise with CRM (SieSales) and Sales Enablement (Highspot) will be big asset for this role.
- For positive intercultural interaction with management, business partners and colleagues you have high social competence. A can-do attitude is essential to the task.
- You bring excellent verbal, written communication, active listening, and presentations skills as well as very good English skills (German is a plus).
