Our President’s Office team is looking for a
Student Assistant – President’s Office
(m/f/x, 20h / week, 14 € / h, to start as soon as possible)

You will

provide both administrative and operational support for the President’s Office
assist in the preparation of meeting materials, research dossiers, and presentations
coordinate, organize, and respond to invitations received by post and email
assist with guest relations, welcoming and escorting guests to appointments on campus
support the regular maintenance of our organization's CRM system, including verifying contact details, adding new contacts, and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
assist with travel logistics, research, and planning
support in the team in organizing and executing external events

You are qualified for this position, because you

are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program in Berlin for a minimum of one more year
are fluent in English and have conversational German skills
are detailed-oriented, able to work independently, and take initiative
have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
have experience with MS Office; experience working with a CRM a plus
